Pipe Up Integrated Power & Electronics is a commercial low-voltage and control systems installation contractor. We specialize in the physical infrastructure that intelligent building systems rely on—installed cleanly, coordinated correctly, and delivered on schedule.
We operate as an installer-first partner. Our scope focuses on cabling, pathways, device installation, coordination, and field supervision. We intentionally do not perform system design or programming, allowing us to work seamlessly alongside system integrators, controls vendors, and OEM technicians

Installation & Field Execution
During this phase, we focus on the physical installation, including cabling, device setup, pathway construction, labeling, and proper documentation. All work is supervised by our experienced foremen to ensure quality.

Quality Control & System Readiness
Our quality control phase ensures that every installation is inspected, punch items are resolved, and the infrastructure is fully prepared for system commissioning.

Turnover & Closeout Support
In the final phase, we provide as-built documentation, finalize coordination, and offer closeout support to ensure that the system activation goes smoothly.
Commercial Terms & Payment Flexibility
Pipe Up Power understands the financial realities of commercial construction. We work collaboratively with general contractors, owners, and partners to establish payment terms that align with project cash flow and risk profiles. Supported structures include
Net 30 (standard), Net 45, Net 60, Net 90, and Net 120 for qualifying projects, as well as milestone-based progress billing and stored materials billing. All payment terms are negotiated transparently and documented prior to mobilization
